Return Policy

Hey, things happen! Here at The Looks, it is always our goal to provide the best service and products to our clients. Therefore, we understand when things just don’t work out. So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, there are two options; item(s) exchange or store credit (issued via email). At this time, we cannot offer refunds of any kind.
Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect your item(s) and report any defective or incorrect item(s) to our customer service team at the email address below as soon as possible (within the first 48 hours of delivery). We will be happy to do all we can to make things right! We will take care of shipping.
All other returns must be made within 5 days after delivery. Please email our customer service team with “RETURN – order number” on the subject line. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days after delivery. Please review the return guidelines below.
  • You are responsible for all shipping cost pertaining to the return.
  • Only exchanges and store credits will be given.
  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, fragrance free, and must have all tags attached.
  • Item(s) will be inspected for return and either approved or rejected. You will receive notification once a decision is made.
  • All sale/clearance/discounted items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
  • We are not responsible for item(s) lost or stolen during transit of a return.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it’s been received and approved.
Changing/Cancelling Your Order
Hey, sometimes you may click the wrong size or color, and we totally get that! Please make any changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us. If after a while you decide to order that other item, simply place another order and email us within those 2 hours and we will combine your shipping so there’s no delay in receiving your items.  Be sure to include both order numbers in the email.
